Gujrat Lions(GL) team is new team entered into the VIVO IPL 9 season. This GL team have a decent bunch of good T20 players on their side. They have got the opening partnership of Dwayne Smith and Berndon McCullum intact with Raina to follow.

Jadeja and Dinesh Karthik in the middle will provide good stability. Bowling will be dependent on Steyn and Praveen Kumar with some of the good young Indian faces to provide stability. Overall the team seems to be stable in all the departments.
